Building Permits are required by ordinance in the Village of Loda. Proper planning and approval is essential for the following projects:

- New home & business building construction
- Alteration of an existing structure when the alteration is beyond the existing foundation of an existing structure
- New construction on an old foundation when the old structure has been removed or demolished
- New fence construction

You may download the Building Permit Application  or obtain an application from the Village of Loda Town Hall located at 100 E. Washington St.
The permit fee must accompany the application.
All applications are reviewed and approved/disapproved by the Village of Loda Trustees at the monthly Village of Loda Town Meeting held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
